Terms and Conditions of the Campaign
1. Campaign Period
This Campaign shall run from the date of launch until 30 June 2026, inclusive. To participate, applicants must fully complete and submit the registration form via the designated website within this period.
2. Campaign Details and Allocation of Quotas
Eligible restaurants that register to use Flyqueue shall stand a chance to receive one complimentary Xiaomi REDMI Pad 2 tablet (9.7" 4G 4GB+64GB, hereinafter referred to as the "Designated Tablet"), valued at HK$1,299. The total quota for this Campaign is strictly limited to 100 units, available while stocks last. Flyqueue reserves the sole and absolute discretion regarding the final review, approval, and allocation of the quotas. Flyqueue further reserves the right to screen and select eligible restaurants based on criteria including, but not limited to, restaurant type, location, completeness of data, and actual operational requirements. Applicants shall raise no objection to such decisions. The colour of the Designated Tablet shall be subject to stock availability and cannot be specified by applicants.
3. Purpose of the Campaign
This Campaign aims to invite eligible restaurants to experience Flyqueue services free of charge, and to provide one complimentary Designated Tablet to eligible restaurants to facilitate their utilization of relevant Flyqueue functionalities.
4. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be the proprietor, an authorized representative, or the actual operational management personnel of the respective restaurant, and must provide true, accurate, complete, and valid registration information. Flyqueue reserves the right to request applicants to submit Business Registration certificates, restaurant addresses, contact information, storefront photographs, or any other supporting documentation for verification purposes.
5. Definition of Eligible Restaurants

The restaurant must be legally registered and actively operating in Hong Kong;

The restaurant must possess a physical storefront with dine-in seating;

The restaurant must ensure that it has not previously utilized any virtual queuing or ticketing systems; and

The restaurant must operate as an independent, single-outlet entity with no other branches.
6. Prize Redemption Method
Approved restaurants must complete all required procedures within the designated timeframe specified by Flyqueue. These procedures include, but are not limited to, data verification, account activation, collection/delivery arrangements, and the execution of confirmation documents, prior to collecting the Designated Tablet. Should an approved applicant fail to respond, collect the prize, or complete the necessary procedures within the stipulated timeframe, Flyqueue reserves the right to disqualify the applicant.
7. Fulfilment and Delivery Arrangements
The Designated Tablet is a promotional device provided free of charge and shall not be subject to return upon successful collection. Shortlisted eligible restaurants will be contacted individually by a designated representative to arrange delivery. The delivery date may be subject to delays due to stock availability or supply logistics.
8. No Transfer, Resale, or Exchange
All complimentary tablets provided under this Campaign are strictly non-transferable, non-resaleable, non-leasable, and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other unauthorized purposes. If Flyqueue detects any instances of resale, unauthorised lending, identity fraud, fraudulent application, or any other forms of abuse, Flyqueue reserves the right to immediately disqualify the applicant, terminate the services, and pursue legal remedies for any associated losses.
9. Accuracy of Information
Applicants must ensure that all submitted information is true and accurate. Any false, misleading, duplicated, misrepresented, or incomplete information may result in the rejection of the application or immediate disqualification. Flyqueue reserves the right of final approval and interpretation of all submitted materials.
10. Warranty and Technical Support
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the complimentary Designated Tablet does not include any long-term hardware warranty, on-site maintenance, or replacement commitments. Flyqueue shall not be held liable for any device malfunctions resulting from improper use, accidental or intentional damage, self-modification, or the installation of unauthorized third-party software.
11. Device Configuration and Technical Cooperation
Flyqueue reserves the right to pre-install or pre-configure relevant applications, accounts, device modes, or security settings prior to delivery to facilitate the operation of Flyqueue services. Throughout the period of using Flyqueue services, the restaurant shall cooperate with the relevant device configurations and shall not remove, alter, or modify any applications that affect system operations. In the event that unauthorized modifications cause a system malfunction, Flyqueue reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of relevant technical support and services.
12. Amendment or Termination of the Campaign
Flyqueue reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, shorten, or terminate this Campaign and its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If Flyqueue is unable to deliver the Designated Tablet due to supply chain disruptions, logistics issues, inventory shortages, technical failures, risk control measures, or any other reasons, Flyqueue reserves the right to provide alternative arrangements, postpone delivery, or cancel the fulfilment entirely.
13. Right of Final Decision
In the event of any disputes, Flyqueue reserves the right of final decision regarding the campaign arrangements, eligibility criteria, quota allocation, prize entitlement, and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

Purpose of Collection: The personal and restaurant data collected by Flyqueue during this Campaign will be used for campaign registration, eligibility verification, prize delivery, communication, and the activation of the Flyqueue account. Applicants must provide the requested data; failure to do so will result in Flyqueue being unable to process the application.

Transfer of Data: The relevant data will only be disclosed to designated logistics companies or associated technical support teams responsible for executing this Campaign. Under no circumstances will the data be sold or transferred to unrelated third parties.

Direct Marketing: Flyqueue intends to use the applicant's name, telephone number, and email address for direct marketing purposes regarding future products, services, system updates, and promotional offers. The company shall not use the data for such purposes without obtaining the applicant's explicit consent. If the applicant agrees to receive the aforementioned marketing communications, please tick (✓) the corresponding opt-in box on the registration form.

Right of Access and Correction: In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), applicants retain the right to request access to and correction of their personal data. For such requests, please contact the Data Protection Officer via email at info@flyqueue.com.
