The purpose of this Data Deletion Policy is to provide transparency regarding our data retention and deletion practices. It is essential to protect user privacy and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

This policy applies to all personal data collected, processed, and stored by Flyqueue App for its users, including but not limited to:
- Account information
- Orders and transaction history (if any)
- User preferences and settings
- Communication history

a. Duration of Data Retention
The Flyqueue App will retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Data will be retained:
- As long as your account is active.
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

b. Review of Data Retention Periods
We will periodically review the data we hold and assess if it is still needed. Unnecessary data will be flagged for deletion.
 

4. User Rights
a. Right to Request Deletion
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. To make a request, users can:
- Send an email to info@flyqueue.com
- Use the in-app data deletion request feature (if available)

b. Verification Process
To ensure the security of user data, we will verify the identity of the requester before processing any deletion requests.
 

5. Data Deletion Procedures
a. Deletion upon User Request
When a user requests data deletion, we will:
1. Verify the user’s identity.
2. Confirm the deletion request and provide information on what data will be deleted.
3. Process the deletion within 30  calendar days.
4. Send confirmation of deletion to the user via email.

b. Automatic Deletion
- User accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 months will have their data automatically deleted unless the user has requested otherwise.
- Data collected for promotional purposes will be deleted after 2 years.
 

6. Data Deletion Methods
Data will be deleted using secure methods that ensure it cannot be reconstructed or retrieved. This includes:
- Deletion from our databases.
- Ensuring backups are also updated to reflect deletion requests.
 

7. Changes to the Data Deletion Policy
The Flyqueue App reserves the right to update this Data Deletion Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through an in-app notification.
